False Alarm Reduction System is a proven false alarm billing and management solution for local governments who are committed to false alarm reduction in their jurisdiction. Designed by CPAs to efficiently manage the false alarm billing and collection functions to assist in the administrating your alarm ordinance. Some of the features found in our false alarm software package include:

- Interface CAD / RMS Systems

- Multi-Jurisdictional

- Master Billing Accounts

- History Tracking

- Key-Holder Information

- User Defined System

- Flexible Reporting

- Escrow Processing

- Web Interface

- Monitoring / Contractor Web Access

Electronic Interface to CAD or RMS System - The false alarm software can be electronically interfaced to your computer aided dispatch (CAD), and/or RMS systems to automatically bill customers for false alarms.

Multi-Jurisdictional - You can use the false alarm reduction system to track activity and billing for multiple jurisdictions. Billing and rate structures can be customized for each jurisdiction and/or ordinance. You may use central or separate cash processing for jurisdictions.

Master Billing Accounts - The false alarm billing software allows the optional use of “master billing accounts” which can be used to bill and track multiple locations under one billing account such as a local business chain or apartment complex. Permit registration and false alarms may be linked to a master account.

History Tracking - Perpetual history of all billing activity is maintained by the system. Accounts receivable balances can be viewed as “balance forward” or “open item” activity. A diary history of contact with the alarm holder such as phone calls or correspondence can be tracked by date.

Key-Holder Information - A list of alternative “key-holders” for each account can be maintained in the database. Some jurisdictions have this information electronically updated to the CAD or RMS system so dispatchers have additional people to contact in the event of a call.

User Defined System - The user can customize their permit fees and  false alarm call fines based on an unlimited number of dwelling types in each jurisdiction. Cash or accrual basis accounting can be used for daily reporting to the finance and accounting department. Descriptions used on invoices and receivable statements can be customized by you.

Flexible Reporting - Information is tracked by date, therefore most reports can be produced with date ranges. The False Alarm Reduction System was designed to be date sensitive so there is no month-end or year-end closeout routines required.

Escrow Processing - The false alarm software allows you to receive monies in advance from Alarm Companies and later apply these escrow monies to permit registration fees for their new customers. Escrow statements can be processed “on-demand” for the alarm companies.

Web Interface & Registration - You have your choice in a user interface as either a “Windows Desktop” or “Web-based" graphical user interface (GUI) running under your browser software. Both interfaces will run on networked PCs running Windows 2000 or XP Professional.

Monitoring/Contractor Web Access - The monitoring companies and contractors can access the status of their accounts via the Internet. An online registration module will allow monitoring/contractors to register their new customers via the Internet and permit them with escrow funds on-hand. Users will also be able to register themselves on-line using a credit card.
